At Hotel Hayat Inn, we understand that travel plans may change. To ensure a seamless and stress-free experience, all eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 working days, giving our guests complete peace of mind when booking with us.
Reservations cancelled 15 days or more prior to the arrival date will be eligible for a full refund (no cancellation charges).
Cancellations made between 12 to 14 days prior to arrival will incur a charge equivalent to a one-night stay.
Reservations cancelled within 12 days of the arrival date will be subject to full retention charges.
